Meet Our Founder

David received his Bachelor of Science degree from Robert Morris College. He is accredited with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has over 25 years of experience working with clients with a wide array of health concerns and goals.

David’s philosophy starts with believing that a balanced lifestyle involves all aspects of wellness. Life tends to present us with challenges both physically and mentally as we move though our years. There are times we may feel down on ourselves and that our own health is starting to betray us. It is during those times that we need to dig deeper and push ourselves forward to overcome adversity.
